It's time to get REAL, PEOPLE --- IF you want to SURVIVE!:banghead:

Dont waist your time "shouting from the roof tops" only 2 out of a 100 may listen.....

The majority are sheep and have been tranied to not trust there feelings cause trust me: EVERYBODY CAN FEEL SOMETHING IS VERY, VERY, WRONG THIS TIME. but they just blow it off very little connection left to there third eye.

What is going to make the diffrence?? EXPERIENCE

When its starts to dawn on them that the "good ole days" are not coming back THEN they are going to want to listen but buy that time the smart people will be long gone and the "hucksters" will be there to milk what little hope they have left (think TV evagelists).......

It is sad ...but the truth is...I dont feel sorry.......

I have some painful lessons I am going through right now, I am trying hard not to lash out(I still mess up bad) cause at the end of the day IF I DONT OWN UP TO IT, I WILL NOT GROW. once to get through the growth period the pain stops......till the next cycle begins( oh joy!)

Untill folks are willing to own up to their "stink" the massive pain and abuse will continue and no guru or message of "love" is going to change it.

The pain stops when the lesson is over.......

QWAK,Sounds about right to me.

The AWAKINING is PAINFULL sort of like geting CPR ---- when they PULL you BACK after breafly being DEAD one is seldom a HAPPY CAMPER and it is common to have a cracked rib or two. (it was for me any way)

It don't hurt geting DEAD it's the LIVING with the problems around you and realising that YOU contributed to them that caused so much pain and personal suffering.:thinkey::banghead:

The alternitive to DEALING is NOT BEING and DUMPING the problems on OTHERS rather than hunkering down and FIXING them your self.:hahaha::stupid::stupido2:

When you AWAKIN and TAKE responcibility for your THOUGHTS and ACTIONS your world CHANGES,it is NOT easier but it IS better for you and ALL around YOU!:thinkey::clap2::beer:

It don't get EASIER people --- but YOU get STRONGER and more able to DEAL with REALITY and even SEE it early coming at you so you are better able to GET out of its WAY and minimise or avoid the IMPACT!

It is your CHOICE!:dontknow:

"To BE or NOT to BE" --- That IS the QUESTION:questionm:questionm BUT in BEING there is the OPERTUNITY to LEARN and PROGRESS and perhaps even make the WORLD a little BETTER PLACE by STAYING and TOUGHING it OUT and sharing the experience by offering the things that you found helpfull to OTHERS.

LIFE is an ADVENTURE most adventures are NOT all FUN but when we look back on them we often find our selves SMILING when we see our selves as WE WERE and how WE ARE NOW!:s9:

I agree as well

I am just going through a very nasty point in my life and every financial door is being shut in my face and I finding it extremley hard to keep my head above water.

I have been as proactive as possible in the trying to slove these challanges with integrity but as the bills add up and I fall behind there will be few options left except to walk away and that is going to hurt alot of innocent people.

But you cant get blood from a stone now can you?? I just hope it turns around cause I am in a state of limbo lots of goods thing are going to be coming to me, I can almost grab them (New job and lawsuit etc), but the universe is telling me that I have to wait. which is okay but when the bill collectors come for their monthly "pound of flesh' ...You try explaining to a bill collector that the universe is trying to teach you a lession on patience..... They will cut your heat of mid winter!!

It is really just alot of pressure building .....I am looking to the universe for JUSTICE.......ALL THIS MUST BE IN BALANCE and right now the apperance is painfully out of whack.

I am only human .not superman........ I try really hard to keep a stiff upper lip
but i know I am reaching a point when I cant go no futher......I just hope that things will balance out cause if they dont.......

only really painful options will be left on the table

QWAK,Twisted Avatar,What sort of worked for me (even when I got down to EATING RATTLE SNAKES) was telling my self "If I NEVER QUIT I GOT to WIN or I will DIE TRYING!" When I can't WIN --- I change DIRECTION --- it aint the SAME as LOSING,it only SEEMS that way. The GOAL remains the SAME but how you get there will likely take LONGER and be MUCH HARDER than expected BUT then the previous PLAN was not working any way so it would be INSANITY to keep doing it OVER and OVER and expect a diferent out come!:thinkey:

BTW:I discovered that cooking a RATTLE SNAKE in a PRESSURE COOKER makes the meat stringy and like eating RUBBER BANDS. Some one told me later that breading and frying and they don't taist half bad. I'm gona remember THAT if things get THAT BAD agen.:D HE HE HE

Free WILL and free CHOICE are what makes each adventure diferent from all others yet WE ALL do it TOGETHER! :s9:

GOOD LUCK and HANG in THERE! Live your ADVENTURE!:D

TA:

good luck, hang tough, don't worry.

as for hurting innocent people, if you owe friends and family money, just commit to paying them back over the long run. (if you owe banks, well, that's up to you but i wouldn't shed any tears over it.)

also, sometimes when you get caught in the riptide, the best thing to do is 'go with the flow'. that means something different for everyone I am sure.

lastly, don't worry about the bill collectors. i've been negotiating debts for some friends here lately and I find it helps if you deal with the bill collectors on a "it's just business" attitude. make it a game with them if you must, but do not give them your dignity--which they cannot take and which only you can give away.

Barbarcued rattlesnake is delicious. Remember to cook over low coals and carmelize the barbarcue sauce on the outside, It keeps the center moist.

QWAK,Some times HUMOR is the best way to see things, the DISTORTION of REALITY makes the ABSURED actual REALITY easier to handle when viewed from a diferent perspective.:thinkey:

No one HERE will likely be WHOPPERS,they may kill yea but won't EAT you and I think most will if not SURVIVE take a bunch of the SOBs with them!

Re: QWAK,what to do when your dreams don't come TRUE?

I have about 40 years under my belt. I have worked more than half of those years in a variety of jobs. I have worked in very tough jobs, on my own or in teams where the team attitude allowed no slack to no member and was tough on those that could not keep the pace all the time.

I started with minimal education and went as far as that could take me. I added to my skills and knowledge as I went but only when my dislike of my situation motivated me to it.

I have had many changes in times, from comfortable to desperate but never stellar wealth or abject poverty. I've tried the fast track and wallowed in the stagnant pool of laziness. But when I look back on it, it all averaged out.

Now I go the middle road. I do what needs to be done. I do not chase the fast buck ideas nor do I sit and procrastinate an opportunity away. I guess I am saying I have done the impatient things and dreamed the high life possibilities but in the end the steady road is the path to be on.

It has fewer pot holes to fall into, it has no false superiority that amassing collasal fiat gives. It is real, it gets me there and in the end I think I will have more than any of my fellow travellers that have run the race of the hare or taken the position of the sloth.

I do not give stress a place in my life. I do not let the pressure of the legal confusions from contract and society law to entangle me. I smile when they approach with their attack. I tell them of my position which is always fair and I ignore their efforts to induce me to anger and frustration. I follow my path, it is straight infront of me and in doing that I pass them by and leave them behind.

its a journey, and by taking my path I do not waste energy or get sidetracked and distracted by their efforts. If after all, they prove to have out manouvered me, I can simply walk away. It is their world and their confusions and entanglements. I am happy to leave them to it if it comes to that.

QWAK,Actualy I don't believe in INURANCE to me it is like beting agenst my self. I insure my truck for any damage I can do to others and a 2K deductable but ASSUME responcibility for puting out my own FIRES and preserving my LIFE by avoiding doing DUMB things as much as posable.

It saves $$$$ and with REAL SAVINGS I pay for my losses but have FIEW and more REAL MONEY in GOLD and SILVER!

What I've found in life is, things have to get a hell of a lot worse before they get better. So, roll with the punches.

When you get things in perspective, life is not so bad.

I am trying and In my heart of hearts I know it will get better .....

But dam it seems like a eternity.just trying to catch a break.......

QWAK,I have State Farm but I know there are others as I keep geting offers to compare on line.

I don't drive much any more about 3 K a year and 25 + years with no acidents.

Raising your deductable can save a lot!

When $$$ gets tight you trim the CORNERS and just keep TRIMING till you got a Q BALL!:D

If that don't work you keep triming till its a "BB"!

Bottom line is IF it can't keep you ALIVE you don't REALY need IT just WANT to have IT!

Survival boils down to PRIORITIES and making CHOICES that is always a hard thing to do but NOT chosing is also a CHOICE and then REALITY will DEAL with YOU and that is usualy even MORE painfull AND you no longer feel you have ANY controll --- that frame of mind can KILL you or get you KILLED!

When you change your perspective opertunities become visable that you could not see locked in to your previous paradign.

It hurts like hell seeing the things you have built lost or detroid but the REAL VALUE in them was the experiences you had achieving them and what you LEARNED you can not lose. It becomes the FOUNDATION you will BUILD on after the STORM is over!

We've been going through one of those one thing after another times too, though it is small pesky things, or things we were able to rectify mostly. But staying positive in attitude is tricky.

However, the more positive we stay (not ignoring any problems, just not getting emotionally messed up by them) the better things seem to go. We did have to use our cash pad and I'm just starting rebuilding it. We found a few more ways to trim the budget without losing anything, really.

The wife was tempted to borrow, but I talked her out of it and now we don't have that debt and I am refilling the cash pad. It did one of its many possible jobs, padding a run of heavier than usual extra expenses, that it is good for if the S never hits TF.

I hope things smooth out Twisted, and also that you get the bonus of staying calm when the world is a thorny patch.

Duck I enjoyed the comic cow song.
